What Makes RETEN-A-DOC Different?

Unlike traditional document management systems, RETEN-A-DOC is not designed to manage individual documents, thus it does not require any document scanning or individual document entry. Instead, it simply focuses on the location and type of document as defined by a retention schedule.

How does RETEN-A-DOC work?

Users first identify all of the document locations and containers using the RETEN-A-DOC interactive mapping tool. Next, using the built-in document retention schedule, users associate document types residing in each container. Once these steps have been completed, RETEN-A-DOC can be used to assist with locating and filing documents as well as to identify the location of documents which can be destroyed.
