If you have ever used a Google Calendar, you know it is a very powerful tool that can help you keep track of things.
What you may not know is that you can grant others permission to see and/or use your Google Calendar by simply sharing it with them and giving them one of the permissions below:
See only free/busy (hide details):
Users with this permission will be able to see all the events on the calendar shared with them, but will be limited to only seeing the time of the event and a “free/busy” message.
See all event details
Users with this permission will be able to see all the events on the calendar shared with them, including the event details (ie description, location, notes, etc…).
Make changes to events
Users with this permission will be able to edit and delete existing events as well as create new events.
Make changes and manage sharing
Users with this permission will not only be able to edit and delete existing events as well as create new events, but will also be able to reshare your calendar with additional users.
