Introducing Google Workspace eSignature

Did you hear that Google Workspace now has an eSignature tool?



You heard right. Google now has a powerful new eSignature feature that allows you to seamlessly request, send, and sign documents electronically directly within Google Drive and Docs.

When signing within a Google Doc, you just:

  • Drag and Drop the Fields You Want signed:
  • Add Signers and Assign the Signing Order:
  • Send for Signature:

Once the document has been sent, it is converted to a PDF so no further changes to the document can be made. After the document has been signed by the last signator, a fully executed PDF, complete with signature audit trail, is delivered to the signature requestor.
